We obtain Federal Criminal Records from the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) system. The federal criminal search provides records from federal appellate courts, federal district courts, and federal bankruptcy courts and not from state/county or local courts. Most federal districts are included and the price ranges between $15 and $30 per order, however we offer volume discount pricing and package discounts when you bundle multiple services together.
The federal criminal search returns the following:
The federal criminal search includes federal felony convictions, federal misdemeanor convictions, and related activity on record. Federal records that are obtained from the US district courts generally will not appear in either a county or municipal level criminal search. Only a small percentage of Federal criminal cases will appear in the county criminal search records. Each US State has at least one US district court. Federal offenses can be very severe and can include bank robbery, drug trafficking, embezzlement, gun law violations, health care fraud, identity theft, kidnapping, and many types of interstate crimes. Our national criminal database search with county combined with the federal criminal search will provide comprehensive criminal background searches to achieve coverage and accuracy including a federal level search.
